Company is looking for professionals for L1/L2/L3 positions for Windows/Linux for its Webhosting division. Webhosting division has over 1400 resellers and 20,000 end users in 70 countries.It has cage facility in US Data Center. It currently host 50, 000 websites and 160000 + mailboxes accross 75 servers at state of art Miami,Florida. New Delhi office runs the core support activity for this business and houses extensive talent that cater various aspects for this business. H-Sphere and Plesk are the main control panel we work with.
Job Discription : Server monitoring and daily server backups.Provide support to customers on chat and on ticket system. Candidates are required to work in rotating shifts on 24 * 7 bases.
Desired Profile :
For Linux : Any graduates with basic knowledge of Linux OS Administration (Any flavour, Redhat prefered) . Candidates should have knowledge of web servers and mail servers and have programing skills (optional but a plus).
For Windows : Any graduates with working knowledge of Windows 2003 servers. Working knowledge of DNS, IIS and SMTP.
